CIE、IB和CB到底会怎么给学生出分？

　　截止3月24日，国际课程三大门派（CIE、IB、CB）都已放出关于2020年考试的说明。其中CIE和IB已经直接砍掉考试，CB还在以美式头铁的口吻叫嚣着要给学生一个缩水过的45分钟在家考试。消息接踵而至，江湖上是众说纷纭，一时间公说公有理，婆说婆有理，扰乱了各位大侠的思绪，让大家陷入了一片迷茫。那么，我们到底该相信谁？其实答案非常明显：相信官方消息！下面给大家挖一下最有用的第一手信息。

　　IB：稳如磐石

　　IB官方公告称：

　　The May 2020 examinations as scheduled between 30 April and 22 May for Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme candidates will no longer be held.

　　字面意思：大家好，我们今年五月不考试了。

　　Depending on what they registered for, the student will be awarded a Diploma or a Course Certificate which reflects their standard of work. This is based on student's coursework and the established assessment expertise, rigor and quality control already built into the programmes.

　　字面意思：我们将给学生一个文凭或者课程证书，根据学生的平日表现、已经考过的考试、活力和质量控制来给学生打一个standard。

　　按照英语语言“大事先说，小事后说”的习惯来看，那么在影响standard的因素中，最重要的应该是学生的coursework和established assessment expertise。coursework就不用说了，是学生日常表现的内容（作业、上课等），而established assessment expertise指的是学生“已经建立的”评估专业知识，也就是已经考过的考试成绩。

　　根据以上信息，我们该如何操作呢？给大家的建议是：好好写IA！

　　最终的成绩到底是多少，主要还是取决于学生平日作业和活动完成的情况，以及过往测验的成绩。IB官方有一个称为missing mark procedure的操作方法，以前是为了给缺考考生打分的，现在极有可能成为这次取消考试之后的标准处理流程。

　　对于coursework来说，IB已经延长了各项内容的deadline，给大家充分的时间来完成各项内容。IB并不会估你的分来给你打分，也不会出官方指导告诉学校如何打分，所以主动权还是掌握在我们手里的，只要好好写IA，拿到高分还是很有希望的！大家一定要重视剩下的这段时间，好好完成自己还剩下的内容，虽然取消了考试，但是剩下的每天都像是在考试！

　　CIE：稍等，有些晕

　　根据CIE官方通知：

　　Today, therefore, we have taken the difficult decision not to run our international examinations in the May/June 2020 series in any country. This includes Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level, Cambridge International AS & A Level, Cambridge AICE Diploma and Cambridge Pre-U.

　　字面意思：大家好，我们真的不考了。

　　We recognise that students have been working very hard towards these exams. We will be working with schools to assess students’ achievements using the best available evidence. Students will receive a grade and a certificate from Cambridge International, given the knowledge and skills they have acquired in their programmes of study. This will ensure students do not face disadvantage as a result of these extraordinary circumstances.

　　We will provide guidance to schools on how students will receive those grades. We are talking to universities worldwide, and they are factoring these unprecedented circumstances into admissions decisions, so students can continue with their education journeys as soon as possible.

　　字面意思：我们知道，为了考试，学生们学习都很辛苦，所以我们会和学校来商量如何用最好的证据来给学生打分。我们会给学生出分，并且发证，保证学生不会受到负面影响。我们会给学校做指导，让他们给学生打分，同时也在和高校合作，确保学生们可以按照原计划继续自己的学业。

　　结论：

　　CIE的考试虽然取消，但是很可能改成学校自行考试，考题就是CIE已经准备好的题。

　　如果要评估学生的平时成绩，那么应该在声明中明确指出，就像IB那样。而且CIE的声明中明确强调了guidance to schools，也就是说要指导学校来进行打分，这个“指导”很可能是考试题。

　　因为，每年4月初是CIE向学校发送6月考题的时间，也就是说现在CIE应该已经做好了今年6月的考题。那么把这个题拿给学校，让学校自己根据情况来做个考试，根据这个考试来给个分，应该比较符合逻辑。

　　中国的疫情已经将要过去，学校已经开始准备复课，所以中国的学校完全有能力自行组织CIE考试。但是，为了公平起见，CIE官方不会明面上放话，只能暗地里给学校一些“guidance”，大家心照不宣就可以了。而且CIE说要给大家按照the best evidence来打分，除了考试，什么才是the best evidence呢？

　　所以各位同学们，Alevel的课该约的还是要约起来的呀，不要窃喜考试取消就可以放飞自我啦！

　　AP：兵来将挡，病来我扛！

　　CB爸爸颇有好莱坞大片里拯救世界的英雄风范，即便病毒再肆虐，我们说不取消，就不取消，我CB就算是改成线上、就算是只考45分钟、就算是你们全都作弊，我也不会取消一个考试！（但是背地里偷偷取消了SAT）（真香）

　　Traditional face-to-face exam administrations will not take place. Students will take a 45-minute online free-response exam at home.

　　Some students may want to take the exam sooner rather than later, while the content is still fresh. Other students may want more time to practice. For each AP subject, there will be 2 different testing dates.

　　字面意思：我们今年只有一个45分钟的非选择题考试，如果你想学完马上考，也可以早一点，如果想多练一练，那就晚点考，一共会有两个考试日期。

　　AP curricula are locally developed and we defer to local decisions on how best to help students complete coursework. To be fair to all students, some of whom have lost more instructional time than others, the exam will only include topics and skills most AP teachers and students have already covered in class by early March.

　　Scoring at-home work for an AP Exam is not new to the AP Program. For years the AP Program has received and scored at-home student work as part of the exams for the AP Computer Science Principles and AP Capstone courses.

　　作弊更是想都不要想，我们有的是方法搞你。另外，我们也有很丰富的处理在家考试成绩的经验，例如APCSP和APcap的在家部分我们也一直都在做。

　　Students will be able to take these streamlined exams on any device they have access to—computer, tablet, or smartphone. Taking a photo of handwritten work will also be an option.

　　关键词streamline！考试是直播的！根本来不及作弊啊同学们。

　　结论：

　　试还是要考的，虽然缩水了一些内容，时间也缩短，题目也只剩下非选择题，但是不考试是不可以的，因为AP不像IB或者Alevel，考试内容里也不会体现平时成绩，各个老师自己的schedule也不统一，所以只能坚持顶风考试了。

　　好在2019年课纲改革之后，CB对于AP考试的非选择题进行了较大的改革和标准化处理，考察的内容越来越综合化和复杂化，所以非选择题部分还是能够很好地反应出学生的基本功和学习情况的。现在CB明确扔掉了一部分考试内容，那么同学们需要做的事情是把前面学过的东西开始复习起来，明确了哪些地方不考后，像往常一样去准备AP考试。

　　如果你是一个慢热型选手，需要充足准备才能发挥出最佳水平，那么建议你参加时间较晚的AP考试；而如果你是一个爆发力型选手，喜欢趁热打铁，那么你可以选择时间较早的AP考试。
